ABOUT US
The first flowers I designed were made of steel. Although they looked great, they were heavy and took several hours to make. The steel flowers were also prone to rusting. I wanted a product that could be put anywhere, and stand the test of time.
I decided to work with aluminum instead of steel. I had never worked with aluminum before, so I purchased the necessary equipment and practiced until it was right. This trial and error process took a few months, but I got the hang of the trade!
I left my job as an electrical engineer at a local power company in early 2017 to pursue my love of art and fabrication design full-time.
I hope you enjoy our flowers as much as we enjoy making them for you!

Meet Our Team
Alyssa: Welder/Fabricator
As a welder with a very artistic background I was more than happy to find a position with Aluma Flowers. I found the welding procedure was not something you would expect in a normal fabrication setting. Although it was different I do feel like it helped me have a much more elaborate understanding of welding aluminum. Now aluminum is one of my favorite metals to work with. Regardless of the flower I have always found a sense of relaxation in each project. Allowing my mind to take a given image and mimic it (as much as it allows)out of metal. I love the challenge in creating and look forward to many more projects to come.
Tracy: Maker/Customer Service
Aluma Flowers started with Scott making flowers from our garage. As the business grew, I left healthcare & began to learn the art of forming aluminum & airbrushing. I love the challenges that customs bring, & getting to meet so many of our customers!
